Customers may return items for refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be in their new condition—unused and undamaged, and must be in their original packaging. Any instructions, manuals and accessories received together in the package must also be returned.
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. Before sending back the product, kindly email us at dgateopeners@gmail.com to request for your RMA number. Returns without RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at customer's expense.
Please take note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Any freight costs and arrangements will not be covered by Gate Operators Direct, LLC. Full acceptance of return will be determined upon inspection.
A 15% restocking fee is applied to in-stock items while a 25% restocking fee is applied to out-of-stock and bulky items.
If you received a product that is defective upon delivery, kindly email us dgateopeners@gmail.com. The manufacturer's warranty will be in effect for defective items.
